help... eyemake up is running

So until recently, I was using the following products on my eyes:
UD primer potion
Maybelline dark circle concealer
Mac eye shadow (All that Glitters)
UD 24/7 eyeliner (in Demolition)
waterproof mascara (in the purple tube)

One day at work, the guy in the cafeteria suggested that I wear SPF because he could see my sunglass outline. I do wear SPF, but it looks like my under eye concealer was too light. I was almost out, so I thought I'd try something new from Sephora. The sales person in the store suggested Nars, and the color looked good on me. I also bought a new WP mascara, Dior. My undereye circles are gone and the concealer color is great, but my makeup keeps running. To the point where I basically have to wipe off the concealer by mid morning.

So it's got to be either the concealer or the mascara, right? Anyone else have this problem? Anything I can do about this besides replace them? I am not happy about having to stop using these, since they weren't cheap. Thanks!

Use a translucent powder on your undereye area to set your face makeup. It'll help keep your eye makeup from drifting.

Does it matter what brand or is a drugstore brand okay? Any recs? Thanks!

I use NYX and it's fine. Doesn't settle into my fine lines and keeps stuff in place.

Remember that you can return to Sephora if you end up not being able to use it. I'd just tell them what the deal was and see if another brand works.
