I need to plan out my week and I'm in a rut. We'll probably have panko and parmesan crusted chicken (H's favorite) and fish but that's all I have planned. I recently got a dutch oven so bonus points if you have a dutch oven recipe to share!

I think I want to make some kind of salad on Wednesday but it would have to be hearty enough for H to consider it a main course! Any suggestions?
I've copied this salad from a local restaurant: (From the menu)* Grilled Tenderloin of Naturally Raised Beef † Served with baby greens, tomato, fresh mozzarella and grilled asparagus finished with balsamic syrup & herb-infused extra virgin olive oil
I used romaine and for the dressing made italian dressing with balsamic vinegar. So freaking good.
no freaking clue, and I have to restock my fridge and freezer because of the long power outages from the storms. The damn things knocked out our power 4 days after I stocked it when we moved in. *grumble*
But I'm bookmarking this thread for when I get motivation to meal plan. thanks everyone!
Tonight was eggs and toast. Tomorrow is a late night at work, so DH will make whatever. Tuesday is tacos. Wednesday is a committee meeting/cook out. Thursday the ILs are selling their house at auction, so we will grab somethg quick. Friday is a rehearsal dinner.
Tonight we had baked salmon (salt, pepper, dill), roasted broccoli (salt, pepper, olive oil), and lentils (chopped white onion sauteed in butter and olive oil cooked medium high for eight minutes?, then add canned lentils that have been drained and rinsed) add a little salt and pepper and heat through.
We've done ribs recently, Niman Ranch St. Louis Ribs, you just have to heat them. Sirloin steak. -grilled Filet mignon. -grilled Chicken thighs-baked in Bone Suckin' Sauce bonesuckin.com/ baked according to the recipe on the side of the package.
Sauteed zucchini. Chopped avocado. Potato salad. Frozen corn. Grape tomato, raw chopped and also sauteed with butter/olive oil and dried basil. Sauteed mushrooms.

That looks delicious! I could use leftover tri tip. I already need to adjust my menu because we ended up having burgers at my mom's tonight.
lightbulb, have you made that lemon tempeh before? I've never made tempeh, but might like to try it with the right recipe. I need someone to vouch for it!
