B: yogurt with cereal, apple, tea L: beef and veggie soup S: carrots and hummus D: lightened up chicken scampi E: 4-5 mile run (did not get to this yesterday...)
B: whole wheat English muffin w/pb, coffee L: omelette w/cheese, ham, mushrooms, spinach and peppers S: banana D: tbd - I have an appt with my Rheumatologist 2 hours away today, so it will depend on what my husband makes. Should be interesting! E: 3 miles
B: oatmeal w/ apple, cinnamon, blueberries and blackberries, coffee and hot green tea L: salad w/ tuna, hot sauce, pickles, peppers, and tomatoes S: greek yogurt w/ berries D: chicken cheese quinoa casserole, steamed veggies E: rest day unless our CF trainer can work us into her schedule tonight - I also have PT tonight
B: 2 hardboiled eggs, oatmeal S: greek yogurt if needed L: I packed leftover chicken parm but may grab something out, maybe a salad or sour and 1/2 Panini S: almonds & cheese if needed D: not sure maybe just a lean cuisine
E: may be a rest day, stopping at a friend's house after work so it depends on how long I am there. Plus I am going grocery shopping after that.

B: 3/4 cup old fashioned oatmeal (pre-cooked)w/ drizzle of honey, 1/2 banana, 1 TBSP pb, Coffee w/ scant tsp. sugar and TBSP of half & half L: Quesadilla w/ chicken and pepper jack cheese on 10 inch tortilla w/ chipotle salsa S1: Chai tea with hot water and a drizzle of honey, 1/2 pear, 3 triscuits w/ 3 small cubes of Swiss cheese D: Baked salmon with olive oil, sauteed kale w/ bacon and onions S2: 2 squares dark chocolate
