I'm thankful that we've had a break in the weather this week and I've run outside a few times Thankful that my DH and I took a random day off work this week to just hang out Thankful that I do not have to sit through any more ice dancing on NBC
I am thankful that after 2 deaths in our family in the past 2 weeks, we are finally back to our normal routine. I really thrive on routine and I was all out of whack for a few weeks there.

I'm thankful to be running and lifting again. It's slow and painful (just soreness from getting back out there) but it feels great to get back in the groove.
I am thankful that everyone I know & love, is healthy and safe. On my way into work this morning I passed an accident. I looked like it just happened. The first thing I saw was a motorcycle, and then the sheet w/shoes sticking out. I immediately burst into tears. It just really shook me up. It gorgeous here today, and I'm sure that poor person thought it was great morning to take their bike out. I just...ugh, I just can't even imagine.
In addition to that, on Valentine's Day, I was re-routed on my way home from work. An accident had caused them to shut down the entire highway. I looked up the accident and it said one of the drivers was in critical condition. On my way home yesterday I noticed that one of those "Drive Safely" memorial signs is now up.
In lighter news, it's been gorgeous here this week. I had the most amazing run on our downtown bridges last night. DH, some of my favorite running friends, amazing weather, all along the beautiful river. I'm thankful for that time with them after work, doing something I love, even if the bridges kick our butts.
ETA: I'm sorry for your losses, sitnspin. Now I feel insensitive for the first line of my thankful. ((hugs))
Thankful for my life Thankful for my h Thankful for the yoga studio I'm doing my training at as they've already started opening doors for me! Thankful for this board and mfp for keeping me motivated!

Thanks doll and no worries! My BIL had pancreatic cancer (71) and my MIL was nearly 91 and passed very peacefully.
I am thankful that my BFF is coming down to visit this weekend! Most of my friends have moved away recently and I really miss girl time. I can't wait to catch up with her over a glass (or 4) of wine!
I am also thankful that it's Mardi Gras time!!!!! I LOVE this time of year, and I also love the feeling of peace and reflection that Lent brings immediately following.
I am thankful for the warmer weather. I ran this morning at 6:30am and it was already in the 50's. It was so nice! Hoping this warmer weather stays. I am over this winter.

Thankful for having my own little family I love to pieces. Scene from last night....
I had just gotten dinner in the oven after working all day, and was trying to corral DD into the tub for bathtime. She was literally tap dancing around the house in nothing but her undies and new dance shoes. DH was folding a basket of laundry, cartoons were blaring in the background, and then DS suddenly started crying. DH and I looked at each other and just burst out laughing.
It was quite the scene. If only my 21 year old self could see me know, lol. We love every bit of it and wouldn't have it any other way though.
I also got myself out of bed at 4am to workout this morning. I love having it done before the rest of my day starts. I hope I can get back to doing early a.m. workouts on a regular basis.

Thanks runblondie26. We are doing much better each day.
I am thankful that I got to do work at the gym on Tuesday and will again today.
I am thankful that I'm getting out of my work slump.
I am thankful for my coach who is looking out for me. And even though I'm salty because he won't let me do things my surgeon said I could do, I'm grateful he cares.

Apparently everyone else has way better weather than we do. So, I'm thankful that my gym never closes for bad weather.
I'm thankful that my siblings and cousins were able to get together to visit our Nana in the nursing home all together this past weekend. She was so excited to have all of her grandkids in the room at once.

A leader in the running community here starts my favorite race by telling the runners to "run with joy." I'm thankful that I feel like I've finally figured out how to run with joy!
I'm thankful that I had a great run this morning in (slightly) warmer temperatures. Most exciting was that it was light out when I got home- I don't miss starting and finishing in pitch dark.
