I've been jogging/running intervals a lot lately (not normal for me) and I have a pain on the inside of my right shin, about half way between my ankle and my knee. It's sort of right between my shin bone and calf muscle. Is that shin splints? If so, what can I do to ease the pain? TIA!
Sounds like it. Ice, stretch, rest. If it's in one spot (like you can point it out with your finger as in its hurts right here) you may want to get it checked out because it could be a stress fracture. If it's more diffuse then it's most likely shin splints
