I decided to try it, because y'know a little pick-me-up would be good now. It arrived today. The chips were smashed to powder, and one of the packets inside had exploded. So I emailed them stating this, and that I was surprised because I had heard good things. I'm expected to pack up the whole thing and ship it back to them to get a refund. Fuck it. I'll take the damaged box and just cancel my subscription. (Mostly because I already tossed the damaged packet in the trash outside and didn't want to dig around for it.)

I would be annoyed as hell, not only did you get a damaged box, but the additional PITA of shipping it back? No thanks. I also give a thumbs up to Stridebox.

That's really annoying. Why would they make you send it back? That's dumb. If you're looking for another subscription to replace this one, I also get Stridebox and really like it.
I'm sorry to hear your box had some products damaged. This is very unusual, as our shipping company packages our boxes very carefully. I expect your box must have incurred the damage during delivery.
