B: 3/4 cup old fashioned oatmeal (pre-cooked) w/ drizzle of honey, 1/2 banana, 1 TBSP pb, Coffee w/ scant tsp. sugar and TBSP of half & half
L: Spaghetti squash w/ Bolognese sauce and parmesan S1: Chai tea w/ hot water and honey drizzle, 3 TBSP hummus, 3 triscuits, and carrot sticks D: Mushroom & onion pizza with marinara sauce and mozzarella on TJ's ww dough, Spinach salad with goat cheese, craisins, almonds, and balsamic dressing S2: 2 squares dark chocolate
E: Rest day. (Although I walk my kids to and from school- about 2.5 miles total)
