I'm not tapering right now, but I hear you on the bolded! I've never been able to just be still. My mother likes to tell me about how when I was a toddler I would wake up every morning and ask her what we were going to do that day, and that hasn't changed in the past 25+ years. I've just accepted it - I'd rather be happy moving than happy being sedentary!

This sounds normal. Achy and tired are all a part of the taper. Also over analyzing every little thing you feel in your body, obsessively checking the weather, and in general going stir crazy!
