I'm hosting some folks I work with next weekend. It's scheduled from 1 to 3 so not totally sure if folks will have eaten or not.
I was thinking of doing sort of an Italian theme to the food with an antipasto platter with salami, prosciutto, marinated artichokes, roasted red peppers, olives, provolone cheese, shaved parmesan. Will probably serve with some fancy crackers.
I'll also serve fresh baked rosemary bread with olive oil for dipping, and caprese salad with tomato, fresh mozzarella, and basil.
