B: oatmeal w/ apple, cinnamon, blueberries, and blackberries, coffee and hot green tea L: salad w/ tuna, hot sauce, pickles, mushrooms, sweet peppers, tomatoes S: greek yogurt w/ berries E: rest day D: probably out w/ my dad - beet and rotisserie chicken salad and bread

I'm trying to try and get back into food/exercise tracking. I had a stress fracture, and I've been cleared for a couple of months but I've had a hard time getting back on track.
B: green protein smoothie S: cottage cheese L: salad S: trail mix D: leftover pistachio pasta E: yoga
B: butternut squash hash w onions and eggs S: banana and peanut butter L: turkey meatballs and spaghetti D: salmon with roasted veggies and brown rice E: treadmill and arms
E: Rest day B: Oatmeal w/ flax seed, almond milk and PB, black coffee S: Hard boiled eggs, Nuts, String cheese L: White chicken chili soup S2: Cottage cheese and carrots D: Veggie Latkes, salad with tomatoes and goat cheese S3: Avocado?
B: Special K L: Vegtable Soup S: Lance Crackers D: Chicken Breast, Rice and Veggies E: probably 1 hour elliptical to get my 10,000 steps in and then we will see how much time I have left.
L: Breakfast taco and a salad. I just realized my pasta that I was going to eat probably isn't good anymore. D: No idea. Maybe sandwiches and another salad E: 30 Day Shred. On mute.

B1: 1/2 banana and teaspoon of PB B2: 3/4 cup old fashioned oatmeal (pre-cooked)w/ drizzle of honey, 1/2 banana, 1 TBSP pb, Coffee w/ scant tsp. sugar and TBSP of half & half
L: Salad with chicken, avocado, red pepper and cilantro lime dressing S1: Hummus and carrots D: Turkey and black bean chili, either a small piece of cornbread or pudding for dessert S2: Either homemade chocolate pudding or 2 pieces of dark chocolate
E: Rest day. Too rainy to walk the kids to school, but I plan to walk to the store and back (1 mile total)
B: English muffin with PBJ, Grk yogurt, coffee E: Spinning (felt great after missing last 2 weeks and a lousy week of running ) L: Chkn pesto flatbread, banana S: Apple, string cheese, nonfat latte D: Probably leftover chicken and kale enchiladas and a salad
