F - went out for a three mile run which quickly turned into a three mile joggle and the realization I might not be able to run anymore.
Sa - pushed the girls in the double up to the start of Josh's race, about 2.5 miles. Spectated, ate some potstickers and spring rolls at 8:45 a.m., then walked home. He pushed on the way back

I did nothing. In fact, I've only run once since my marathon last weekend. I'm posting this to hopefully shame myself into getting back to it this week. :-)

Fri: off because snow day and I woke up sick Sat: As seen in the meme post, drunk baby ran 7 miles on the treadmill which is a treadmill PDR. (and looking at the forecast, I might be attempting 8 this weekend ) Sun: unplanned off because still sick and I jacked up my lower back. In hindsight, I should have ran because it actually felt better after running on Saturday

F: Rest S: 13 mile run S: Rest
I have my first half marathon coming up at the end of March. I have had this annoying thought that I wasn't going to be able to run that far, which I understand is irrational. I have been consistently running 10-11 mile long runs for months now, but for some reason I couldn't shake the fear that I couldn't go farther. So, since the weather was so nice, I decided to go for it. I had NO problem doing 13! It was a HUGE confidence-builder for me and the boost that I needed to feel good about the rest of my training. Ahhh....
S: 4 mile run S: 5.5 mile run in the am and then I did Jillian Michaels Six Pack in 30 days workout. Found it on somebody's blog. Holy crap am I sore today.
