So I outlined my training plan a couple months back and have done a pretty darn good job keeping up with it. I haven't missed any of my runs and have started to get into a groove with strength and cross training, etc.
My race is on Saturday and of course I'm all, WHAT THEN?! Like I've read several times on here, having "a plan" really motivates me to get myself out of bed (I like checking things off, I guess?). I suppose the easiest thing would be to find another race to train for, but if I don't do that (it's my understanding that our local running club's season is coming to a close), what sort of running schedule would you recommend? My current weekly mileage is 10-12, so I'm thinking of upping that to closer to 15 consistently? I'm proud of the progress I've made and I definitely don't want to lose it...
