I ask because I am teaching a 4 week swim clinic for my tri club, once a week in March. I wish I had a better feeling for what people want to know, exactly. I've gotten mixed feedback. Some people ask to learn flip turns so they can feel more competent in the pool and get a better workout. Others don't want to learn flip turns because why bother, I'm not racing in a pool?
I know I can't please everyone, but I would love to know what triathletes would like to know!

I'm doing a class geared towards triathletes right now. I like that my class has a mix of days that focus on drills (to work on technique) and days that focus on sprints (to work on speed).
I don't think flip turns in a tri class are necessary. If a person can already do them, great. Those that don't though (like myself) would rather focus on swimming technique than turning.
