B: coffee with half and half, plain oats with apple, raisins, and PB S: 2% greek yogurt L: spinach salad with whatever veggies look good at the salad bar, grilled chicken and oil and vinegar, wheat bread D: Roast chicken, brown rice, roasted brussels sprouts E: 5 mi run
B: butternut squash hickey sausage hash with eggs L: salmon w spinach and roasted artichokes and a baked pita D: invited to someone's house so no idea S: banana and pb E: rest!

PB, coffee w/ scant tsp. sugar and TBSP half and half L: Salad with greens, chicken, red pepper, avocado, almonds, and cilantro lime dressing S1: Hummus w/ carrots D: Turkey and black bean chili, small piece of cornbread (That I never made yesterday) S2: 2 dark chocolate squares
