Before anyones britches get tied into a knot, I was able to call a couple vets yesterday. They don't do vaccinations on pregnant cats but they could look her over if I wanted them to.
I was able to talk to the technician about what to expect when Kittah goes into labor, which was in line with what H and MIL said/advised. It was reassuring.
I haven't decided to take her in or to not take her in yet, for numerous reasons. If anything starts going wrong, I wouldn't hesitate to take her though.
I have to go to my last session of "you people need to learn how to be nice!" training. Much like the star wars movies, these sessions are better taken out of order. I have to walk a ways to get there though
DD had a minor meltdown when she found out stbx probably wasn't going to be home until bedtime (she thought he wasn't working yesterday). He needs to spend more time with them.

I had a date with a guy from Italy last night. He was nice and was also very decisive and took control in a good way at times. I'll bet we looked ridiculous to other tables because we were both gesticulating. I felt a certain level of comfort because of that and because this man did some things the way I'm used to, like coffee with dessert. If he asks me on a second date I'll go.
Well, yesterday was more my fault that his. His dispatcher basically told him to call in at 9 to see what she had for him, so I told MIL when she picked up the boys that there was a chance he'd be picking the kids up. DD grabbed onto the idea as a certainty and was so excited, so when she found out that they did have work for him and it was keeping him out later she got the sads for a minute. She perked up, but I felt so bad for her.
He's around on the weekends, but not y'know? I don't think he realizes how it is affecting them (her primarily).
tiramisu, Italian guys used to be my thing...OMG, olive skin, dark hair/eyes--YUM! Then I moved to Ohio and I developed a strong taste for guys with light skin/eyes that has not abated.
cuddlyevil my first serious boyfriend was half Costa Rican and I think I've never outgrown that preference. I don't mind pale skin, but pale features too weirds me out, like we should both be diversifying a little more. I prefer brown to black wavy to curly hair and hazel eyes. Oh, and nice hands are a must.
partiallysunny I could, but I'm liking stepping back and letting the men pursue me. When the date is over if they reference another date and I'm interested, I indicate that but I don't push for plans. Because I pursued stbxh and the change of pace is nice.
A has teeth coming in and daycare didn't send her blankie home with her (I didn't check the bag either, I guess) so we had a super fun middle of the night wake up.
I'm over work already this week. The last two weeks were so hectic, I just want it to slow down, but it really hasn't. Meh.

I hope your coworker comes back soon, feeling better, to relieve some of the pressure on you.

My cousin is ranting on Facebook about horrible doctors and the new ADD/ acetaminophen. Then it transversed into vaccinations. My cousin is the classic example of how a little bit of knowledge is a dangerous thing.

I survived my training! The lady really milked it at a couple points though and she chastised my table and made a backhanded remark before a later group work. But, I met my counterpart for one of my docs (been here almost 2 years and hadn't seen her face until today).

I just was able to call a student out about not attending class then asking questions of stuff I covered in class. I'm not going to spend my time reteaching material that I covered in class if you weren't present.
My salad for lunch is huge and I'm so full.
I have cramps because I havent pooped today because I got up late.

My boss keeps them in her office. I was never so happy as the day I discovered that she put them in a different spot (they were on her desk so every time I'd go in there I would grab some). Now they're out of the way enough that I don't even notice them
I need to print out a picture of the dress I want to buy for graduation and put up on the mirror for motivation.
