I like Jillian Michaels for a mix of strength and cardio. Fitnessblender.com is also a great resource- many videos based on what you want to work on/how much time you have.
I agree w Jillian michaels - i mute her bc I find her obnoxious but the exercises are good and require minimal equipment. I think you can find some of them on YouTube.
In the past, I liked Jillian Michaels and I also had a couple 10 Minute series DVDs that were pretty good. However, I'm currently doing Chalean Extreme (I'm in the first month), and I'm finding that it is way more challenging. You have to invest in some heavier weights though, since the philosophy is lifting heavier for fewer reps.
