I'm usually a lurker, but now that I'm a few weeks post-partum I'm getting back into my health routine. Pregnancy was rough! I'm excited to get more involved on this board. I did an intro right before I found out I was PG and fell off the face if the earth.
B--oatmeal with PB and banana L--tbd; DH is having outpatient surgery so I'll be spending the day at the surgical center. Not sure what kind of food options there are D--baked potato soup and salad S--Luna bar, pear E--breast feeding, lol

B: oatmeal w/ apple, almonds, cinnamon, and dried cranberries, coffee and hot green tea L: raw veggies and jalapeno greek yogurt dip, cottage cheese and pineapple w/ some grapes S: not sure D: out w/ DH - we are going to see Jerry Seinfeld tonight! I'll probably get fish, veggies, and maybe dessert E: rest
B: greek yogurt with blueberries, clementines, tea L: salad with salsa and ground turkey S: carrots and hummus, half a birthday cupcake? D: steak, taters, veggies, some sort of birthday dessert (it's a surprise) E: speedwork

B1: ww toast w/ TBSP pb, 1/2 cup of coffee w/ scant tsp. of sugar and 1 TBSP. half and half B2: banana 1 TBSP pb, other half of coffee L: Ratatouille with blue crumble over brown rice S: Apple and handful of almonds D: Some sort of baked chicken, broccoli, salad w/ greens, carrots, goat cheese, almonds, and balsamic viniagrette S: 2 squares dark chocolate

I did a really piss poor job bringing food to work today, and I'm hungry, and all I have to pick from is a jar of peanut butter or an ice cream sandwich. PMS is telling me to put the peanut butter on the ice cream sandwich.
