We haven't done this for a while. What did you actually eat on Thursday?
B: ww bagel thin w/PBJ, hot tea (same) L: sandwich on ww, Greek yogurt (I ate a Trader Joe's frozen shells and pasta lunch b/c I didn't feel like a sandwich when I packed my lunch, Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup leftover brown ride) D: ? maybe pizza and a salad (pizza and fried ravioli...the fried ravioli is as good as it sounds) S1: ww crackers (same) S2: Granola bar (had 12 almonds instead. I counted.) S3: 3 Samoas Girls Scout Cookies, small glass ff milk E: None, day off (same)

B--oatmeal with PB and banana L--subway: chicken on honey oat with veggies and lite mayo, cookie, unsweetened tea, pear D--baked potato soup S--Luna bar, 3 mini Heath bars E--breast feeding
B: English muffin & pb E: 10 miles on the gym treadmill L: spinach salad w/ couscous, feta, broccoli, pretzels S: plain greek yogurt with frozen fruit D: Chicken strips, veggies, rice S2: wine, amazing sugar cookie from the bakery
haha, of course we would start this again on my birthday, when all eating went to hell
In addition to my breakfast I had half a cupcake rather than my clementines. I then had an additional FULL cupcake after lunch At dinner I ate what I said I would, just in an embarrassing quantity
My eating yesterday went to hell in a handbasket...
B: oatmeal w/ apple, cinnamon, nuts and dreid cranberries, coffee and hot tea L: raw veggies w/ jalapeno greek yogurt dip, cottage cheese w/ pineapple and some grapes, dark chocolate kiss S: apple, 1 nature valley bar S2: pb and some pretzel thins & walnuts D: out w/ DH - some calamari and peppers, bread, salad, grilled sea bass w/ roasted brussel sprouts w/ bacon and some of DH's jalapeno scalloped potatoes, split chocolate cake and berries w/ DH and the restaurant gave us carrot cake for spilling ice water on our table so we ate that after the show
B: protein bar and string cheese L: half the lentil soup I brought for lunch, carrots, slice of pizza (plan was to eat the soup and carrots plus dip) S: cherry coke D: pork fried rice, piece of fish, veg cobbled together from the contents of our fridge by me (plan was for H to make dinner) D: mini ice cream sandwich, glass of wine E: none (plan was 5-6 mi run)
E: You are Your Own Gym video (bodyweight strength training)
B: Protein Smoothie L: review lunch with boss- turkey club sandwich w/bacon and sweet potato fries D: Salmon burger and mashed potatoes, mixed veggies, 1/2 of one of DH's homebrews Snacks: apple with cheddar cheese, walnuts, hershey's special dark mini, diet vodka tonic
I like playing this game. I'm fascinated by what people eat. That's weird, I know.
B: 3 eggs scrambled with Kerrygold, about 1/4lb curry-seasoned ground beef
Have you tried Plugra butter? I like it a bit more than the Kerrygold. It's about the same price. I did see Kerrygold in a tub that is supposed to be softer and easier to spread when I was at Publix last weekend. I was intrigued, so I picked it up. I have half a stick of Plugra to use up before I get into the Kerrygold, but I'll report back.

I was wondering if anyone would ever do this kind of thread! I actually ate what I said I was going to eat. I ended up doing a French- type marinade with the chicken: Dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, olive oil, chopped thyme, and a little honey. Unfortunately, I can't find my meat themometer so I incinerated it to be on the safe side. It was way overdone and I could not finish eating it!
B1: ww toast w/ TBSP pb, 1/2 cup of coffee w/ scant tsp. of sugar and 1 TBSP. half and half B2: banana 1 TBSP pb, other half of coffee L: Ratatouille with blue crumble over brown rice S: Apple and handful of almonds D: Some sort of baked chicken, broccoli, salad w/ greens, carrots, goat cheese, almonds, and balsamic viniagrette S: 2 squares dark chocolate
