I noticed my dog's face was drooping on one side last night. I of course googled the signs of a stroke in dogs and he does not show any of those (other than the face drooping). He is walking fine, he is eating and drinking like normal, jumping on things, sleeping and snoring and other than the droop it is business as usual for him.
I emailed my vet and she is going to call me later. She said that as long as he is acting happy and normal that I should just watch him for now.
Have any of you guys experienced anything like this before. He just turned 9 years old. In the picture below he is "smiling" at my mom who is behind me.

shortcake2675 - I don't think they use the term "Bell's Palsy", but it is essentially the same thing in regards to symptoms. I made him an appointment for Monday morning and spoke to the vet. She wants to do some tests to make sure there aren't any other neurological issues and check to see if this could be caused by a deep inner ear infection.
