I fell and hit my arm - how would I know if

I whacked it and my ribs hard on table. It's go a swollen spot and hurts like the fucking devil and is shooting pain up to my hand.

the pinky and the ring finger are stiffish...this hurt really bad, but I have never broken anything, so I am a wuss.

Ouch. Ice it for a while, see if it gets better. If not, or if it gets worse, I'd make a trip to the doctor in case there's a hairline fracture or something. Ouch, that sounds painful!

Under the elbow about two inches. No to most of those questions. I think it's ok, it just hurts like a bitch.

Is your arm swollen at all? When my mom broke her's ( it was a very small hairline fracture) it was more swollen than painful. I might make a phone call to your doctor and see if they can take a look at you.
