I won't do this every day, but a few people expressed interest in it...so...what did you actually eat on Friday?
B: ww bagel thin w/PBJ, hot tea SAME L: out w/CW. Cheese quesadilla, salsa, sour cream, and guacamole, chips, unsweet tea SAME D: ? no idea; probably out BurgerFi veggie burger on multigrain bun w/tomatos, pickles, and ketchup, too many fries, Caffeine Free Diet Raspberry Coke S1: carrot "chips" Fage Vanilla Greek yogurt S2: Chocolate Chip Clif Z Bar Oatmeal Cookie & Green tea from Starbucks (oops!) E: None, day off SAME
B: English muffin & pb, coffee w/ cream. I never include this b/c it is a given. I don't scrimp on the cream either. L: spinach salad w/ leftover chicken strips and veggies from last night E: strength training S: plain greek yogurt with frozen fruit, pretzels D: pizza, Sure did. 2 pieces plus a breadstick S2: wine, Sure did. 2 glasses to finish off the bottle
I didn't post in the planned eating thread but here's what really happened:
E: 5mile run B: protein smoothie, banana w/1tbsp peanut butter S1: apple and 1oz extra sharp cheddar L: salad with boarshead turkey breast on top S2: baby carrots with french onion greek yogurt dip D: Applebees cedar salmon, pretzel stick with mustard dip, sam adams cold snap draft
B: cliff bar and apple L: buffalo chicken pasta and roll (lunch meeting, no choice) S: Fiber one bar D: pizza on ww pita bread, baked breaded pickles, mozz stick, jalapeno popper, and chicken bites. My own little appetizer sampler. 2 beers E: rest day
I don't usually post, but since I am comfortable in bed and don't want to get out, let me find one way to stay a little longer :
Pre swim: homemade granola bar E: 90 min swim B: 1 piece of sprouted grain toast, topped with 1/2 an avocado and 2 eggs. Coffee w/ cream L: hummus, the other half of that avocado, 1/3 cucumber, sprouts, turkey breast wrapped in a sprouted grain tortilla, and a pickle E: hot yoga D: spinach salad with veggies and balsamic, and some leftover whole wheat spaghetti And a scoop of smoked sea salt honey caramel gelato ... !!!
B: lemon Greek yogurt, coffee w/half and half S: clif mojo bar L: inside of a chicken avocado wrap from Au Bon Pain. Peanut butter m and ms. S: vanilla cone from Mcds On plane: two vodka & sprite zeros, peanuts, pretzels w/hummus D: ten piece nuggets, diet DP E: nada.
