I've done P90x and P90x3 and think either could be great for some cross training. If I were doing the regular P90x I would probably suggest only 2-3 days of lifting and skipping the cardio. If doing P90X3 I'd probably modify the training to incorporate the more strength-training focused ones. Plus, nice to have an inside option.
