Right now I run every other day and I run between 5-6 miles. For me this is my perfect workout during the week. This takes me a little less then an hour. My girls are used to being in the stroller this long and are good for the most part. I really don't want to run less I enjoy my hour of me time. I've been looking different plan and most have the weekly runs about 3 or 4 miles. and then long runs. Will it totally screw me up it if I stick to my hour runs during the week and just do the scheduled long runs?

Thanks for your suggestions, I think I'm going to loosely follow Hal Hidgons intermediate program. Like for the 3-4 mile training days I will just do my normal hour run and keep everything else the same.

I'd start subbing out some of those mid week runs with speed work. Just because it's a short distance doesn't mean it won't take you an hour once you factor in warm up, cool down and recovery time.
