Ever been to a grand opening of a Whole Foods?

There's a brand new Whole Foods opening near us this week. I'm uber excited, and am definitely planning on going soon, but is it worthwhile to get there for the very first morning? Do you think they'll be giving away giftcards?

It will be mobbed and you probably wont get anything.

When ours opened, they gave everyone a reusable tote and there were tons of samples. I don't think there were any GC giveaways. And yes, it will be mobbed. Don't plan to do a lot of shopping because you'll baraly be able to see the shelves.

I'd go just for samples, but I'm always hungry like that.

I went and it was mobbed and forget about doing any actual shopping, it is too crowded. No GCs but tons of samples.
