if you are running/jogging do you get diarrhea while running? This has happened the last three times I have been running. It had never happened during my previous pregnancies. At least I run on a treadmill and not outside so there is a bathroom nearby but it is very annoying.
lilles - I experienced this problem early on when I was pregnant and asked my doctor about it - she assured me it was hormones and completely normal especially in first tri.
How far along are you? I had this happen a few times in the first tri (before the constipation set in), and a few times scattered throughout the rest of my pregnancy. My body was a lot more sensitive to what I ate in general so it didn't surprise me that the same would happen while I was running.

I'll be 22 weeks tomorrow. It happened again this morning.

It's also possible the baby is sitting on your intestinal tract and the bouncing from running is making things happen. I'd try making sure you're totally empty before starting and warm up with a good walk before you start running.
Yeah this happens to me and I am not pregnant. Can you change your routine to give you more time before your run so you have an opportunity to use the potty before you leave the house? I have a very set routine and if anything changes in that routine it causes me to have tummy troubles.
I had this throughout much of my pregnancy. It would kick in around mile 3 so I would run my 3 mile loop and then just do loops around my neighbourhood close to my house so I could frantically run home for relief. It sucks.
