I'm on my 2nd week of TRX 2-days a week and I'm sore as hell. I had no idea. I'm so used to heavy lifting in crossfit that I'm surprised how hard TRX is. I started it because it seems like a lot of core work and I was right. Does anyone do this a few times a week? Did you see results?
I've done it before and it kicks my ass every time. During class isn't all that bad, it's the next day when I can't bend over that I know it brutalized me.
I've been doing it for a few months and I am totally addicted. I only go once a week but it's replaced a lifting session.
I guess I started in the fall. I think Since I have started I have noticed a dramatic increase in core strength and definition and I am able to do things I was not able to do before (unassisted pull ups, for example). I also lift pretty heavy.
It kicks my butt weekly and the ab stuff is still almost impossible for me. But I love it!
