Very low. I'm looking at my test result right now and it says standard range is 30-80, mine was 22.7. I was advised to take supplements and come back in three months to retest. She (GP) did mention it could be why I was tired a lot.

Yep, I just had blood work done, and the threshold on mine was 30. I squeaked in at 30.6, and my Dr was shocked. She said she never sees anyone in the normal range. lol FL running must get me my vitamin D.
My level was at 7 and cannot even tell you how tired and physically achy and exhausted I was. I'm on week 3 of dr prescribed 50,000 vit D. Haven't noticed a big difference but certainly a little less achy.
Me too. The Rx made me nauseous so I had to stop taking it and switch to regular vitamin d OTC pills which I've tolerated no problem. Mine was still low after a couple months so I'll be taking these babies for a while it looks like.

Wow. I was told I am 19. I feel very tired, too.
I was hoping it would work faster. I guess three weeks isn't long enough. I pick my vit D up tonight from the pharm.
that is super low. mine was 21 last year and I had to take prescription strength vitamin D for 12 weeks, then switch to OTC. My levels were near 50 this year and I feel much better

I hope you feel some relief very soon. It's such a shitty feeling to be so tired and groggy and blah!
I'm on week 6 of 8 taking 50000 unit pills once a week. My level was 15 or 16. I'm less achy and maybe less tired. I'm interested to see what it is at the recheck.
Posting so I can find this later. I have very low levels and will be good about taking vit D after my dr scolds me but then I start forgetting after a month and if becomes very sporadic. Shameful on my part, really.
