Does anyone have a Flaxa Ikea bed for their kid?

I think I really like this bed. We want to get DS a twin bed when we move him out of the crib, but I am not sure if this is going to be too high?

Add a rail, throw a step stool beside it. You'll be fine.

Yeah, I was going to add a rail. I will get a step stool too (although he can climb into a normal height bed fine now, just all the sheets kind of come off in the process.

How old is he? We have two IKEA Hemnes daybeds for the kids. They are about the same height as this bed. When they first started sleeping in it at 2.5 it was a bit high but DS is almost 3 now and he climbs up on his own. We have an inflatable bed rail under his sheet on one side and he has never fallen out.

Okay thanks everyone. He is 28 months, but we aren't planning on getting it for a few more months. I didn't know they made inflatable bed rails, that is pretty cool.

I love the bed rail. We had some trouble with an actual rail that wouldn't stay in place so we got this instead. It's easy to take with us when traveling.
