Getting redirected to App Store again

Hi there,

I'm getting redirected I the App Store again.

It happened with an ad with a king on it with GGS Play underneath and a castle in the background. And it took me to the Hidden Lava app Hidden Objects Mystery Crime.

And it just happened again with a Spartan wars ad which redirected me to Jelly Splash by Wooga.

Oh, and I'm using an iPhone and the mobile site.

Thanks for the updates everyone. Haven't found it just yet, but wanted to update that we're still working on it. My apologies for the delay, however!

I've been testing regularly since yesterday morning (others were testing prior to me when this first came up), and even though I see a common theme where a majority of those experiencing the issue are toward the north-east I haven't been able to generate the re-directs that have been reported.

I'm going to keep on testing, but first wanted to check to see if:

A) As of today does the issue remain for those that have reported it? (just want to make sure our ad provider didn't already squash it over night)

B) If you are still getting the re-directs as of now, do you have regular access to a Windows based computer with wifi connectivity?

B2) If yes to B, are you willing to install a program that I suggest which will help us find out which ad network the ad you receive is coming from?

I'm going to keep testing as I have before, but at this point if anyone with the issue is willing, it may be quicker to explain to someone how to use the same method as I am doing as you should have a greater chance of catching the ad that's causing the re-directs.

It is still happening to me all the time. Takes me to the App Store for different apps, but candy crush is the most likely. And yes, I'm on wifi and would be willing to use software to help you solve the problem.

Hi, I'm still having the issue! And I do have access to a computer. This is happening on my iPhone on the mobile site but not my iPad with the desktop version. 

I can install a program,  no problem, as long as it works with my old ass MacBook

You bring up a good point that I didn't even think about when I made my post earlier. It looks like the program we use to track this is only available on Windows. So it would require access to a Windows based PC. Thanks for the willingness anyway

Hopefully one of the others will be able to assist. We'll keep hunting for it in the meantime and will update if we find something!

Do you by chance happen to have access to a Windows based PC and a wifi connection? 

And just to be certain, did it occur just before making your post this morning? Or were you commenting on a past issue?

I'm having these same issues tonight. I've been redirected probably 10 times in the last 5 minutes. I either end up in the App Store or sent to King webpage! I'm on wifi now, but it was also happening while using my wireless data.

I am getting redirected again tonight. It's happened twice, once on ML and once on TTTC. Both times I was just on the home landing page, not in a post.

I took a screenshot of where I got routed but we're at our attachment limit again so I can't upload. The game was Cookie Jam by SGN. 

iPad, iOS 7.1.1 on home wifi.
