The front yard is 99% done and it is sooooo much better. The overgrown, mismatched, half dead bushes (complete with old Christmas lights that were so old, the bushes had grown around them) are gone and we are starting over with new ones. They are little now, but in a few years, they will really fill the space nicely. I got a new cherry tree in front too
Ignore the brown lines in the yard--we also had an irrigation system installed and the grass hasn't grown over yet.
Anyhow, to totally be an AW, here are some befores and afters.

I'm itchin' to rip up the ugly boxwoods in front of our house. I have so much hate for them! But we're going to wait til fall to rip them up and plant something different so they'll have winter to take root. What did you plant? Looks great JIL!

Well, we do have some boxwoods near the house. I'm going to do my best to remember the other plantings---creeping gardenia, knockout roses, dwarf Japanese cedars, sky pencil holly, Arborvitae, Yoshino cherry tree, some annuals ...I think that is it.
