I'm not sure if we'll be in Atlanta for the 4th, but I'm registering just in case. I'd hate to be stuck on the sidelines.
Thank goodness there's a 2 yr window on qualifying times, and I can use stuff from 2012.
I'm grateful for that too - 2013 was not a year of speedy race times for me! My only goal for this year's race is to run fast enough to get back in the A corral next year. Or B, at least.

Yeah, it's already hot and crowded enough in the early corrals. I'm not sure I could tolerate being further back. I'd have a panic attack or something.
I signed up my husband last week - my Co is a sponsor. He has friends in 'high places' <---- that's me. He's sub-seeded, but just barely right now. And then yesterday he went out and ran his fastest 10k yet. He PR'd at just over 40min! Goooooooooo DH!
We also booked a hotel room through the PRR link for the 3rd AND 4th using the awesome discount. If you've never tried this, since you are local, I cannot recommend it enough. DH rolls out of bed to the start line, and I hop on MARTA to get to the park. And, since the 4th is a Friday, we are going to stay in Buckhead for the fireworks on Fri night! Wheeeeeeeeee! It'll be nice for DH and I not to have to rush back to the hotel so he can shower. :Y:
'Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body. But rather, to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, wine in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, screaming 'Woohoo! What a ride!' So every day is a holiday and every meal a feast."
