DH and I are going on a cruise and have a night/day to spend in Orlando and a night/day to spend in Cape Canaveral. We aren't super interested in doing theme parks, since time is limited.
I'm looking for restaurant recommendations in either place, as well as, any attractions/culture/museum/flagship stores in the area.
Dinner restaurants should get 2 people in and out for <$60, so not super fancy. Lunch and breakfast should be less than dinner. We will need 1 dinner and 1 lunch in Orlando, 1 dinner and 1 breakfast in Cape Canaveral, and 1 dinner anywhere on the line between Cape Canaveral and Orlando.

Thanks!
This made me laugh because there's seriously nothing in between.
Grills is right at the port and is good for dinner and breakfast. Causeway Diner is a local diner in Merritt Island and they have a great breakfast. I could give other food recs if you had anything more specific you were looking for.
Nearby is of course Kennedy Space Center. You could check out Ron Jon's surfshop in Cocoa Beach.
