Fri: 5.5 mi run Sat: 5k race w/ double jogger Sun: 10 mi run
On Saturday there was a spring festival nearby, complete with a 5k race, so I brought the kids out since the weather was nice.
DD ran the first mile before I let her in the stroller (She's 5 now. No more free rides kiddo). I was really impressed she made it without complaining. We ended up finishing in 30:46, and 3rd in my age group.

Fri: 2.5 mi on treadmill Sat: rest Sun: 12 miles (should have been 11, but added in a few extra turns and before I knew it, the only way to get home was to do 12) Other than being frozen solid when I got home (it was dark when I finished, wasn't planning for that), I actually felt good. Slower, but good.

F: off S: 1 mile run (got a half mile in and realized I was too sick to run) S: very slow 1.5 mile walk with the family
Not exactly what I had planned the weekend before my big race, but hopefully I'll be okay for my half this weekend. Feeling mostly okay today, but still tired.

Friday: H and I did legs. This is only the second time we've ever worked out together. I'm not sure if I like it yet. He lifts a lot differently than I usually would.
