I read Airborne wasn't recommended, so I'd think Emergen-C wouldn't be either. I'm sure it's fine, but just what I read. Maybe the concern is that on top of a prenatal vitamin would be too much?

This is what I was told as well - too much vitamin c.
I guess I'm not sure which vitamin is problematic. There is some concern about vitamin A dosage in pregnancy, but I don't see any vitamin A on the ingredients list. www.emergenc.com/products#original-formula.super-orange
Vitamin C and the B-vitamins are water-soluble and are flushed out in your urine.
I found it very interesting and I think this is why I always thought your body could really have limited amounts of vitamin C unless you have liver issues.
