I started having contractions this morning at 4:15. Went to the hospital, monitored for 2.5 hrs, still at 1cm, and got sent home. It's been 11 hours now and my contractions are intensifying with pain but regressing in terms of frequency, around 7 minutes between and 50 seconds in duration.
Tell me I'm going to have this baby before Friday.
Started around 4 a.m. on Tuesday. Gradually built through the day and that night. Was intense Wednesday morning. Went to hospital Wednesday afternoon. Baby was born Thursday afternoon.
Well, let's see, I went into labor the night of 32w6d I am now 36w and still no babies but still contracting. Lol. Sorry that was not helpful. Truthfully my labor stopped and I havent progressed in weeks, I'm just contracting.
Good luck! I hope it is quick for you!
ETA: and with DS I labored about 8 hours and progressed to 3cm but was really just waiting for my c section because he was breech.
Started around 1:45am with my water breaking (OB appt not quite two days prior had shown zero signs of impending labor), went to the hospital and I was only 1cm and 80% but since my water had broken they admitted me to L&D. I was on Pitocin by lunchtime due to verrrry little progress. Long story short, AJ was born at 6:42am the following day, after almost three hours of pushing and eventual vacuum assist.

I hope people with long labors chime and make you feel better. Mine was super quick for a first timer, 8 hours start to finish. Hopefully you'll have that baby in your arms soon!

32 hours from when they prepped me with Cervadil for my induction (which failed miserably). 8 hours from when they gave me an epidural and broke my water (which is when I consider labor to have begun since I wasn't contracting and wasn't making any progress before they did those two things). It was a vaginal birth, if that matters.

12 hours. I started having regular contractions around midnight. Went to the hospital at 4am and I was 5cm. DS1 was born a little after noon.
I should preface this by saying the night before I had a failed induction. They sent me home and I had been stuck at 4cm for 9 hours, even after 3 hours of pitocin.
DD 6:30 pm to 1:30 pm the next day. DS maybe 12 hours? Hard to say. I was in really light labor most of the day and then once my daughter went to stay will my in-laws it all increased up. We left for the hospital around 9 or 10 pm and my son was born around 1:30 AM.
I started having contractions that were 5-7 min apart the day before DD2 was born. That night I went for a walk and the contractions were 3-5 min apart throughout the night, but not painful. My water broke at 5:30 am, ctx started to pick up at 1 pm and she was born at 5 pm, so technically at least 12 hours I guess but I usually only count 1-5 pm as 'real' labor.
