Second morning in a row that I haven't been able to get myself up for my morning workouts (which I started when we "fell back" an hour in November, lol).
I am going to make myself get a run in after work and go to bed extra early to try again in the am, though. Sigh.
Right there with you. This morning's workout fail was a combo of working until 11pm and DST on top of sleeping through the alarm. I went to bed wearing my running tights, but that trick didn't work either. To top it all off, I don't even feel rested.

My problem seems to be losing track of time in the evenings because it's too light out. Dinner has been an hour passed our usual time the last couple of days. Which pushes everything back an hour, which means I go to bed late.
Ditto, and I'm just trying to get up for work right now....yikes. I'm going to be in for a rude awakening when I try to start working out in the morning again next week...
