I bought a treadmill some time in January so I could keep fit in the comfort of my own home without peering eyes. It was a pretty penny with me being a student but I guess that's the perks of student loans.
I haven't used it as much as I wanted to due to class, going out and partying. Come up with excuses that I'm hungover etc to go on it. However, I have lost half a stone since I purchased it so it's not all bad.
This week, I've made a fresh start to do 30 minutes per day and so far so good. I feel so much better afterwards and I get a better nights sleep too. Which is what I need as I suffer from insomnia quite badly.
