stupid question about butt cream

I have a friend that's registered for 1 tube of baby butt cream, but I want to get 2 tubes (since there aren't any other cheap "fillers") to round out my gift. 

Is butt cream something that you need a lot of? Is it a bad idea to get 2 tubes when they only asked for 1?
