B: English muffin w/ pb S: 1/2 kind bar E: 10 miles on the treadmill L: Greek salad, spinach and cheese quesadilla S: Greek yogurt with honey D: salmon, veggies
B: WW English muffin with PBJ, coffee, prob a Grk yogurt later E: 4-mi run (I'm working thru Bridge to 10K now) L: TBD S: Apple, string cheese D: Lemon garlic drumsticks, roasted broccoli
B: 2 hard boiled eggs, string cheese S: pretzel from quick chek, it was calling my name lol L: tuna sandwich, soup S: apple D: ww pasta w/ sauce E: c25k, upper body & core since I didn't do it yesterday
