I've currently got some combination of a cold & allergies, and I've generally felt icky all week.
This morning I woke up with a sore rib cage. It's just on the bottom right side. It feels like a combo between a side ache and sore bruising. No marks anywhere, and I don't remember hurting this area.
What gives??
I've run Monday & Wednesday with no out of the ordinary workouts. I took this morning off, and I'm just trying to debate how to proceed this week. I was thinking of my first 20 mile this weekend, but with being sick & this strange rib thing I don't want to make things worse for myself.
