Home inspection - any last minute advice?

Meeting the home inspector in one hour! Any last minute advice? Thinks to ask for? The guy gets good reviews. Another company is already doing the radon test (my husband double booked and couldn't cancel in time). This guy is doing general and termites.

We are excited! This is our first home we are buying! I am trying to not get too attached or excited until after closing just in case
