A few weeks ago we were discussing belly binders on here. I'm 2 weeks postpartum and wanted to recommend the one I used. It was super cheap too. I bought two and have worn them night and day since 48 hrs pp. They are really comfy and kind of made my body feel more "held in' the first few days.
You look great! Did you buy your regular size in the briefs? Is it hard to put on?
Yes I got my regular size (m). I was nervous about putting them on at first but the tightness actually felt good around my belly once they are on. I went to the doctor on weds and she said my uterus has already gone back to below my belly button and I'm sure the binder helped.
Oh my gosh, that's amazing - you look so great! I think I'm going to buy one of these today! Dumb question - this is more like a girdle or more like underwear? Do you wear your normal underwear underneath or do you have to wash the binder daily so you can keep wearing it?
I had stitches and this doesn't seem to have affected anything. I have been wearing regular underwear with a pad underneath it though.
I have to say that my stitches have never hurt though - i made those padsicles and haven't needed them.
Not hard/painful to get it up and down over all that mess?
no, honestly, i wouldnt even know i had stitches if I hadn't seen the ob with a needle and thread. lol. Not as bad as I thought. This binder is kind of like spanx though, super stretchy.
Wow, you look fantastic! Did you have a pretty flat tummy before pregnancy? (I did not so I'm trying not to get my hopes up, but you look so good I think I'm going to order something like this, anyway.)

This is going to sound weird but I feel like my stomach is flatter now than pre preg. Maybe I should have always worn that belly binder thing? My stomach has always been my bad area and although the skin is kind of soft/flabby now, my stomach is really flat.
