I did a 10-miler yesterday afternoon. After my run I stretched and foam rolled. For the most part, I feel great today except for my toes. My toes are sore and feel like they need to be stretched out - my big toe especially. I've been trying to stretch them by using a chair leg to stretch them against. Anything else I can do? Anyone else experienced this?
It's probably tightness in your foot. Find a ball (lacross, tennis, something) and roll your foot on it including the balls of your feet. I'm betting that helps.
