Arrow and actors from Doctor Who

OK, when did this show become the post-Doctor Who stop for people?

First there is John Barrowman (as a bad guy) and now Alex Kingston just showed up (with an American accent).

DH and I are watching this show for the first time on Netflix and now I am wondering who will show up next.

I haven't hit any of the Alex Kingston episodes in Who yet since I'm still on David Tenant (and River Song is Matt Smith, yes?). I still have no clue how many episodes it will take me to not wonder what Dr. Elizabeth is doing with 'the Doctor' and if she chose to go off with the Doctor after Dr. Mark Green died on ER.

Those are the only two (that I can remember any way). There are also some actors from the Whedonverse that show up too.

Trust me, the character is so different, her ER stuff won't even register when watching.

She is in 2 episodes with Tennant. Silence in the Library and Forest of the Dead.

I loved Dr Greene more than anyone on ER. Best. Character. Ever.

It's like supernatural, a wasteland of one time appearances from all actors/actresses.
