thank you all - I know it's cliche to say but your thoughts do make it easier.

Now we have the difficult decision of trying to decide to get a dog before the baby comes or waiting until he's several years old. I don't think I'm woman enough to handle a new dog and a new baby at the same time.

You don't have all that long before Little Fellow gets here. You will still very much be in the "new dog" phase when he arrives.

I say I would wait, but you know me, I wouldn't. But I have a lot more help this you do with the bigs around.
