I have been pretty steady with my weight loss so far. I started out with 100 lbs to lose. Seems like it was a long weigh off. This time I decided to take measurements and measure every month.
So far I have lost 20.2 lbs and 12.75 inches. 20 lbs is alot but really you cant tell since I have so much to lose. Not to mention that my clothes were all stretched to capacity so I am in the same clothes. But those inches feel good. Of course those are over all inches and I carry most of it in my midsection. It was hard to tell if I was losing anything at all. Feeling pretty good

Great job and I wanted to give you some extra support - I had 90 to lose and have successful lost it and maintained. It is true, when you first start out it is harder to tell a difference after 20 lbs. I think I lost a good 30 lbs before I even got to go down a pant size. But just wait - when you get further down there, even 5 pounds makes a big difference! 20 lbs is great, whether you can easily tell or not. Keep up the great work, you can do this!
Thanks for the support. And the likes. I feel weird AW but I haven't really told anyone IRL except H and I don't think he gets it because he only has about 10 extra pounds he could lose if he wanted to. He has no idea what I weigh. LOL

I think most DH's are completly clueless, and I think God designed them that way as a favor to us! At my heaviest I bet DH would have said I weighed 150, when in reality I was pushing 200 lbs and weighed more then him (and he is 6'4"!)
