Push-ups are my jam!
I love the full body strength workout from yoga, too. One of my yoga teachers incorporates some pilates style roll ups and things - augh, they burn so goooood!

I did a barre workout DVD that didn't use equipment - I inly made it halfway through. Holy smokes that was a tough workout!

Wall push ups (I can't do "regular" ones b/c of tendinitis in my shoulder)
