Check out Buttericks, McCalls, and Simplicity. They have patterns on their websites, and you might be able to find one pretty darn close to it. If you find one you like, check a local seamstress and see what they would charge to make you one.
Or, you can buy a sewing machine and learn how to do it! I've got my great aunts sewing machine, and learned how to sew about 15 years ago. I've altered alot of things to build some skills, and have made some skirts and shirts that weren't too hard.
