How can you modify toe to bar?
Yes, I realize I can ask my trainer when I get to CF but I like the advice from this board too:)

Laying flat on your back with arms and legs straight lift arms and legs towards each other in a "v" shape using mostly your abdominal muscles.
Does that make sense? .
