Savings account- looking for a high %

Savings account- looking for a high % interest account just for general savings for my brother. Any recommendations? Mainly looking for ones he can start small- so no large sum of money will be in there anytime soon.

I think Capitol One has a pretty good savings account- the APY is 0.60. I just googled 'high interest savings accounts' and the best I found was Ally bank- the APY is 0.84 with no min. deposit

I have ING, which gives 0.8%. That's about the highest you would be able to find unless you go through a credit union, and even there you will unlikely get much more than 1%.

I have ING also, that's the best savings rate I have found around. My credit union only does .25%.

I miss the days of high interest savings accounts.

I have an American Express "High Yield" Savings account. I think I got in when it was closer to 1% (it's about .94%) than it is if you sign up now.
